Danish Energy Export and the Royal Embassy of Denmark in Warsaw invite you to explore opportunities in the Polish offshore wind sector.

May 20-21, 2026 | Warsaw

Join us for a two-day event focusing on the growing offshore wind industry in Poland. The program highlights the latest development and the newest opportunities after December 2025 CfD auction.

Poland is emerging as one of Europe’s fastest-growing offshore wind markets, targeting 18 GW by 2040. Over 8 GW has already been awarded through auctions and administrative decisions, supported by partnerships such as PGE & Ørsted, Orlen & Northland Power, Polenergia & Equinor, and RWE & Ocean Winds.

The December 2025 CfD auction awarded 3.4 GW across three projects, all with permits, grid connection, and 25-year contracts. In addition, PGE Baltica and Orlen secured new offshore areas without international partners yet opening unique opportunities for Danish suppliers to provide turbines, components, services, and solutions for this next wave of projects. First-phase projects, including Baltic Power (~1.2 GW), are under construction and expected to start production in 2026.
