*We have been granted subsidy from the Trade Council (Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs). All participating companies are obligated to fill in provided grant formular with or without grant receipt (in accordance to EU de-minimis requirements). Grant can be applied by companies holding a Danish VAT number. Participant fee/Invoices to be billed and paid to the Danish company / VAT Number to obtain grant.

Ecomondo is Southern Europe’s leading circular-economy expo with a strong Bioenergy track for biogas/biomethane. In 2025, the show attracted 100,000+ visitors and 1,700+ exhibiting brands, including 800+ hosted buyers & delegations from 65 countries ideal for high-quality meetings and lead generation.
The pavilion is designed for companies selling circular economy and environmental solutions, with a strong focus on the biogas/biomethane value chain: waste & recycling, waste-to-energy, water/wastewater, upgrading & gas treatment, automation, O&M, digestate solutions, resource efficiency and related services. Choose a turnkey booth or a cost-efficient poster stand. Danish Energy Export coordinates the pavilion set-up and shared services so you can focus on customers, partners and market intelligence.
Italy and Southern Europe are accelerating the green transition, increasing demand for proven technologies and reliable suppliers especially within circular solutions and bioenergy sector. Ecomondo gathers plant owners, developers, utilities, municipalities, EPCs, integrators and industrial end-users from Italy and across Europe. If you want qualified leads, local partners and insight into upcoming projects, the Danish Pavilion is a strong entry point.
This is the second time we attend Ecomondo with a Danish pavilion, building directly on our experience from the previous edition. The pavilion will be in the International Pavilion area (Hall B5), where other national pavilions are placed. The specific placement of the pavilion to be announced.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THE PAVILION
- Reception at the pavilion with strategic stakeholders from the Italian bioenergy market. At Ecomondo 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming Consorzio Italiano Biogas (CIB) and Confagricoltura at the Danish stand.
- Ahead of the fair, participants will receive a one-pager with relevant bioenergy market insights, prepared by Brinkmann Group.
Stand options:
A Turnkey Booth at The Pavilion – Powered by Denmark is the quickest and easiest path to success at an exhibition. The turnkey booth is great for you who would like your own exhibition area where you can invite your guests in. For you who prefer to stand alone without sharing space with others and would like space to showcase your products and services. We will take care of building up the stand, you just bring your own displays or brochures.
Would you like to test the Pavilion exhibition concept, or are you tired of just “walking the floor” at a trade show without having a base where you can invite guests? There can be many reasons to participate with a poster solution at The Pavilion – Powered by Denmark. The poster solution is your alternative to being just a visitor or having your own larger booth. With a poster booth you get your own space. Here you can meet with customers and contacts, and be found by those you didn't know you should meet!
