Energy Conference with HM King Frederik X, Kiel

HM King Frederik X and HM Queen Mary are visiting the German President in Berlin and the Danish minority in Schleswig-Holstein. On this occasion an energy conference in Kiel on Hydrogen and Carbon, Capture & Storage is organised by DI in cooperation with the Embassy of Denmark in Berlin and Danish Energy Export.

Also participation of Minister for Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Lars Løkke Rasmussen and Prime Minister of Schleswig-Holstein, Daniel Günther.

Carbon, Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) is gaining growing attention in Germany. Germany is harbouring great potential for the use of CO2 capture technologies, transport, and storage. Simultaneously Germany will be a key market for green hydrogen from Denmark as soon as the needed hydrogen infrastructure is established.
