Energy Taiwan and the Pavilion Powered by Denmark
Energy Taiwan is the largest B2B renewable energy and net-zero trade show in Taiwan that focus on development of PV, wind, storage, and emerging power (e.g. hydrogen). In 2023 Energy Taiwan was successfully concluded with record high attendance totaling more than 24.000 visitors, which was a 25% increase compared to the previous year.

Wind power at Energy Taiwan is growing and attract major international players as developers and OEM’s. Together with the Trade Council in Taipei we would like to invite you to join Energy Taiwan at the Pavilion Powered by Denmark.

The Pavilion will be centrally located and will create a great opportunity for networking and experience sharing. We will take care of build-up, break down, electricity, light, carpets, furniture, walls, and internet. We also always have staff at the joint area, where we are ready to service you and your guests before and during the event. Furthermore, we make sure that the Danish presence is market before and during the event.

Offshore Wind in Taiwan
Taiwan has abundant wind resources, however, a lack of space on land means that most major developments are offshore. The government has set a target of 40-50 GW offshore wind development by 2050. Thereby, Taiwan aims to become the second-largest offshore wind market in Asia after Mainland China in new offshore installations to 2030.

Wind power is a major industry in Taiwan. In few years, a fully supply chain has been established and unlike other Asian markets selecting national protectionism, Taiwan is open for international business. As of October 2023, the capacity of offshore wind power installations was 1723MW. Two offshore wind auction phases have been completed with the third underway. Two projects have been completed, while the remaining five from phase 2 are under construction. Phase 3.1 auction phase is complete while 3.2 is expected to be auctioned in April 2024. The auction rules for 3.2 were revealed in November 2023.

Key developers including Ørsted, CIP, Corio, SRE, Skyborn, EDF, Iberdrola, Vena, Bluefloat, and two turbine OEMs: Vestas and Siemens Energy have significant investments in Taiwan. Danish companies have diverse roles in this market including cable manufacturing, engineering design, maritime construction, etc.

Stand options:

Turnkey booth

A Turnkey Booth at The Pavilion – Powered by Denmark is the quickest and easiest path to success at an exhibition.

Co-exhibitor

Want to bring in a partner to join you at your booth? A Co-exhibitor solution is the perfect choice if you would like to highlight a subsidiary, a local agent, a subcontractor or similar at an exhibition. This option is only possible for Turnkey booth or rawspace builders, where both you and your Co-exhibitor will enjoy all the service benefits of Danish Energy Export and The Pavilion – Powered by Denmark.

Poster stand

Would you like to test the Pavilion exhibition concept, or are you tired of just “walking the floor” at a trade show without having a base where you can invite guests? There can be many reasons to participate with a poster solution at The Pavilion – Powered by Denmark. The poster solution is your alternative to being just a visitor or having your own larger booth. With a poster booth you get your own space. Here you can meet with customers and contacts, and be found by those you didn't know you should meet!
